  1. Thaw the berries at room temp or 30 sec in the microwave; spoon the yogurt into a bowl, top with berries, chia and honey.

    Why? Greek yogurt has nearly double the protein of regular yogurt (14 g more per 200 g), and frozen berries are sweeter and cheaper than fresh with zero added sugar.

    Tip: For a cold, ice-cream-like texture, skip the thaw and use the berries straight from frozen.
