  1. Whisk the matcha powder with 2 tbsp warm milk first into a lump-free paste, then stir in the oats, remaining milk, yogurt and honey.

    Why? Matcha powder clumps badly if dumped straight into liquid — pre-whisking with a little warm milk is the same trick used in traditional tea prep.
